Managed diverse project and consultant teams ensuring seamless integration of all project elements and proactive issues resolution. Managed complex interfaces and third party arrangements achieving project objectives within budget and program. Commercial Director
Led the commercial and legal teams to develop procurement and delivery strategies, contracting models, commercial principles and KPI regimes for complex, multi-package projects with debt and equity financing.
